No Return Policy

Please note we have a no return policy for hygiene reasons on our earrings and hair accessories.

Damaged or Incorrect items must be reported within 3 working days, if not there will be no refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3 working days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you an appropriate solution.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us video as soon as possible so we can replace the item for you.

Refund Policy

We have a  3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or an incorrectly delivered item.

To ask for a refund, just go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can start the refund process. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
