Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?

No unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns, however, if you receive  damaged items or wrong items please do let us know within 3 working days and we will be happy to replace the item.

You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located.
